Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") establishes the permitted technical, operational, and behavioral uses of the FunPayroll.com platform, including the web application, mobile applications, APIs, and underlying infrastructure (collectively, the "Service"). This AUP supplements the FunPayroll.com Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Service, all users—including employers, administrators, and individual employees—agree to strict compliance with this policy.

Employer accounts designate specific individuals as administrators. Administrators act as fiduciaries of their organization's data and are strictly responsible for:

Failure by an administrator to maintain appropriate access controls constitutes a material breach of this AUP.

4. Export Control and Compliance

The Service is subject to United States export controls and economic sanctions laws. Users agree not to access or use the Service from within any country or territory subject to a comprehensive U.S. embargo, or by any individual or entity listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

FunPayroll reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to investigate any suspected violations of this AUP. Upon determining that a violation has occurred, FunPayroll may, at its sole discretion:

The employer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FunPayroll.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) the employer's or its users' violation of this AUP; (b) any wage, labor, or employment claim brought by an employee arising from the employer's misuse of the platform; or (c) the employer's submission of data to the platform in violation of applicable law.
