Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 2026

FunPayroll.com is committed to digital inclusion and ensuring that our workforce management and payroll platforms are accessible to all users, regardless of ability or assistive technology. We strive to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

1. Our Commitment to Digital Inclusion

We believe that every employee using FunPayroll deserves an equitable, independent, and usable experience. Accessibility is not a one-time project for us, but a continuous effort integrated into our product design, development, and quality assurance processes. We actively work to support assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnifiers, and high-contrast display modes.

2. Technical Measures We Take

To support a wide range of abilities, we implement the following technical measures across our web application:

3. Mobile Application Accessibility

The FunPayroll mobile application (available for iOS and Android) is built to leverage the native accessibility frameworks provided by the respective operating systems. We regularly test core mobile workflows (such as clocking in and requesting time off) against native screen readers, including Apple VoiceOver and Android TalkBack.

4. User-Generated and Third-Party Content Limitations

While we strictly govern the accessibility of the FunPayroll interface, the platform may contain content generated or uploaded by your employer (such as custom company policy PDFs, employee handbooks, or specific shift notes). FunPayroll.com cannot guarantee the accessibility of user-generated content uploaded by the employer.

Additionally, some specialized components (such as interactive scheduling calendar grids) may rely on third-party libraries. We make reasonable commercial efforts to select accessible third-party components, but complete WCAG compliance for these specific modules cannot be fully guaranteed.

5. Ongoing Monitoring and Remediation

We recognize that web accessibility is an ongoing journey. We periodically audit our platform to identify and remediate accessibility barriers. Known gaps are logged into our development queue and prioritized alongside core platform updates.

6. Feedback, Support, and Alternative Access

Your feedback is critical to helping us improve. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, have difficulty using any feature of the platform, or require an accommodation to access your payroll data, please contact us immediately:

Email: payroll@funpayroll.com
We are committed to acknowledging and responding to accessibility-related inquiries within two (2) business days.

7. Formal Complaints

If you are unsatisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may contact the relevant regulatory body in your jurisdiction, such as the U.S. Department of Justice under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or escalate the issue to your employer's Human Resources department, as they remain the primary administrators of your employment systems.
